Some Of The Hunts We Organized In Croatia
Hunt Near The Adriatic Sea
Croatia hunting is one of the most underrated hunting opportunities in Europe. Croatia is a small country that delivers so much more.
One of the best things about hunting in Croatia is that you can hunt fields and in 2 hours you can move to hunt in the mountains overlooking the Adriatic sea, it has diverse terrains which offer a lot of game species such as mouflon sheep, balkan chamois, brown bear, dalmatian wild sheep, red deer, roe deer, fallow deer, wild boar, feral goat, also small game woodcock and pheasant. Croatia is one of the few countries in Europe where you can hunt brown bear and export it back to your country using CITES. Also, your hunt in Croatia can be combined with hunting in Slovenia, Hungary and Bosnia and Herzegovina, all very close to our hunting grounds in Croatia.
The staff at Artemis Hunting takes care for you about your firearm import documents, visas, hunting permits, air tickets and accommodation, everything to make your hunt in Croatia easier and stress free. For non-hunters we organise sightseeing and for those who finish their hunts earlier we organise their time to enjoy discovering some unplanned hidden gems.
Since 2006, Artemis Hunting has established itself as one of Europe’s premier hunting travel agencies. We have organized hunting trips in Croatia for more than 20 years. Pedro Ampuero, Fieldsports Channel, Franz Albrecht (Wild Boar Fever), THRL.NO are some of the hunting personalities that chose us to organize their Croatian hunting trip.
Getting to Croatia
is simple and safe
Most of our guests fly into Zagreb (ZAG) or Split (SPU), both offer excellent worldwide connections and are just 1-2 hours by car from our hunting areas. Another option is to fly to Zadar (ZAD) or Brač (BWK) airport. For our guests from the USA there is a new direct flight from New York to Split airport.
We will pick you up at the airport and take you to your accommodation. Croatia is one of the safest countries in the world. Croatia is also a member of European Union and NATO which makes travel to here easier.
You can focus entirely on your hunting experience with complete peace of mind.

Artemis Hunting is always at full service to our guests, before, during and after the hunt! We will help you prepare for the hunt, communicate with you the expecations you have of the hunt, specifics of the hunting ground you are going to…
Before the hunt, we’ll take a few practice shots, and the Artemis Hunting team will show you exactly how to use our rifles and optics. Throughout the hunt, our guides will be by your side to assist with range adjustments and shot preparation, ensuring that every hunter is confident, comfortable, and ready for a successful shot.
Available rifles
We have all sorts of rifles: Blaser, Sauer, Hardy, Christensen, Howa, etc. Basically for every type of hunting. Some of the calibers we have are .300 Win. Mag., .30-06, .308 Win., 6,5 Creedmore etc. We also have muzzle breaks on most of our rifles, so even with bigger calibers there isn’t a big recoil.
